De-migration

We can change the climate, but not demographics?

There is widespread support for a dramatic solution to the overwhelming problem of illegal immigration. Disregarding the foolish and evil people who pretend it isn't a problem, we have a subset of the population that recognizes it is a serious issue, recognizes that something must be done, but is anxious or unsure about what can be done. The third element creates an attack surface for the previously mentioned foolish and ill people to chip away at the coalescing support for confronting Mass Illegal Immigration. They gleefully state that, even if the impossible were to happen and the American government took active steps to protect America and American people, that it would take decades to remove even a percentage of the illegals. 

Let us walk through a thought-sploration about how a mass deportation might occur. We are going to take for granted that the proper laws and policies are in place to carry out the following operation. We are skipping this series of steps for the sake of brevity and because it is actually a completely different War to be fought by a different army. At any rate, the discussions have ceased, the debates have quieted, and the law printers are no longer whirring. What does the actual operation look like? 

The First Part

The first step is a pure policing action. Any one who is guilty of any crime, misdemeanor or felony, in conjunction with having illegal status, is now a clearance priority for all law enforcement agencies. These types are often in contact with law enforcement already because they lack the capacity or inclination to obey laws, pay bills, drive safely, or disagree amicably. They are societies children with behavioral problems, meaning the teacher knows their name. The added step here is that when one of these offenders comes into contact with LEOs, they are held until transport is available. Once (finally!) documented, they will be transported to a holding facility where they will be fully processed, exited, and barred from ever visiting or applying for citizenship to this country. If their crimes rise above a certain level, this disbarment should be extended to their progeny. The enforcement organization holding them will be compelled to process their paperwork as quickly as possible through a tiered “fine for delay” system that makes each individual capture a massive budget liability the moment “transport is available,” and thanks to the gig economy and exploitative car companies, there should never be a bottleneck here. 

Targeting only the active offenders will net an immense amount of illegals, but relative to the whole population, these are just the poisonous drops in the bucket. Their removal from society will have immediate returns on safety, health, law enforcement costs, court system gridlock, and many other things. By focusing on this category first, the de-migration operation will begin to accrue positive press and demonstrable success. I cannot stress enough how literally “everything” will get better as we remove the worst of the worst. This operation can start immediately but will in all honesty have to continue for the entire de-migration process. We are off to a good start, and to be a true good start, there needs to be a productive next step.

The Second Part

In the process of identifying, isolating, and removing these ne'er-do-wells, an even larger crowd of enablers and facilitators will be identified. This is the second tier of targeting. Anyone who obstructs the collection of these criminals, whether they are citizens or otherwise, will be added to a database and flagged for follow-up investigation. This will not be secret, it will be publicized often and heavily. It needs to be widely understood that if you choose to continue abetting the conspiracy to destroy our country, you will be noticed and you will be questioned. Some percentage of these types will themselves be illegals, and they will be documented, charged, and funneled into the exact same system. For the natural citizens, they get the procedural microscope treatment. Very quickly, there will be a bifurcation in the illegal community between the hardened criminals & morons, and the arguably normal people who just can't read the signs posted at the border about illegal entry. 

The Third Part

During the entire process of de-migration, there will be a widely publicized incentive structure for anyone who turns themselves in and voluntarily exits the country. They will be allowed to make their own arrangements for exit within a certain period of time, but they must abide by stipulations about reporting, specifically and demonstrably, when they are leaving, how they are leaving, where they are going, and why they are going there. They will get a larger payout if they facilitate their own de-migration process, but the incentive will be generous regardless. After all, they are here for a taste of the fruits of the most productive and wealthiest society in history. The party is over for them, but every good party has a goody bag for the “guests” when they leave.

In all three cases, the United States federal government must coordinate with the destination countries, whether they are the origination nation of the illegals or otherwise. Certain countries will not be allowed to be destinations, particularly Canada and Mexico. Even if the illegal originates from either of these countries, they must go to a third country then return to their origination nation from there. A part of this process is a signed agreement that, should the illegal once again enter the United States without permission, they will be added to the No Return List. As well, they will owe the American people, via the auspices of the American government, double the amount of whatever reward they were given for exiting voluntarily, and the collection of these dues will be a global job creator, seeding many countries with the key ingredients for growing their own middle class. You’re welcome.

The Next Stage

Once these three processes get up to speed, a mass exit will be initiated. It must be remembered that these folks came here to get away from anything between moderate to severe pressure from the society or state of their origination. They came here because they were led to believe life would be easier or safer or cheaper, and this belief was fostered by organized efforts with incentive structures, guides, and facilitators. Once the perception of “life on easy mode” is shattered, there will be very little compelling them to stay. Every effort must be made to facilitate their timely exit from our country. The window wherein an illegal can be paid to leave must be relatively narrow, say 3 years max. It should be widely publicized that any illegal who decides to not participate will have no chance at ever re-entering or collecting substantial reward for self-reporting within the window. No exceptions. 

Not publicized will be a Secret Grace Period wherein illegals who attempt to exit or are rounded up will also be given some type of reward money and free passage to a specific list of destinations and turned over to the custody of the governments of these destinations where they can be folded into resident work programs or any other type of operation this country may be running. These illegals have extracted wealth from our country in every possible way they could. They never hesitated to grab onto generosity and welfare so long as it was easy to get. If they are foolish enough to ignore the writing on the wall and take advantage of the last big handout, they will be quite lucky to end up as indentured servants in whichever country will have them. You’re welcome. Both of you.

The Penultimate Darkness

Now, we must discuss the darker side, the scary side, of an operation like this. What of those who are here specifically to make war on the United States? What of the muslim extremists, the PLA sleepers, the cartel foot soldiers, and the sadly countless “other types” who were sent here to make war in myriad ways upon our homeland, not to mention all the sons and daughters of this amazing country who actively seek its dissolution by any means necessary because Howard Zinn.

These types will almost instantly become out & out brigands. At first there will be many nooks and crannies for them to hide away in, but as the Program progresses, these options will become ever more tenuous and distasteful. Likewise, as their patrons and benefactors themselves get rooted out or come to their senses, the efforts required to simply survive will drive them to the most heinous methods. This is cold, and I do not say it happily or ignorantly, but this “briganding” effect is unfortunately necessary for us to spiritually clean house of the on-paper Americans who actually hate their own country, OUR country, and will gladly aid & abet, and most likely join in on, rapine, murder and wreck. All brigands are the same across time, and the solution to their predations is likewise timeless. It will be sad and costly, but in the end it will contribute to the re-forging of the American into the Amerikaner, the true and natural progeny of the society & culture that built this country.

There is another group to consider: what of those illegals who do not hide, who do not turn into bandits, but who also refuse to take the “goody bag” offered? We could load them up in Higgens boats, point them at Cuba, and lock the throttle… but maybe there’s another option… This won’t sit well with many, maybe anyone actually, but if this had been done in the first place, we wouldn’t be stuck in this terrible and stupid situation. If they refuse to leave, but also refuse to take up the Evil Path, then they will be given the Unthinkable Option:

• Renounce their name, and take up a new, fully Americanized one (no exceptions)

• Renounce their ethnic identity, and forever after be referred to as “non-ethnic”

• Renounce their primary language, learn American English, and swear to speak or learn no other

• Renounce any claim of citizenship, forever after being second class citizens that cannot participate in politics in any way, cannot own land, and cannot hold monies or property over some universally agreed upon amount  

This is harrowing. That’s why it is called the Unthinkable Option. This is the price they must pay to stay here. Ask yourself how many would choose it, and that is the measure of our objective value to outsiders, our real WORTH. For their trouble, their children, shorn of surname and identity, will be first class citizens like you and me. They will carry a mark forever, and whether this inspires them to greatness or dooms them to servitude & shame is up to them. This is what is required to become One Of Us. It isn’t fair, which is why any reasonable & rational person will take the money and run. But it isn’t all that different from how this country got started when you really think about it.

This has been a theoretical exploration of how something as big as Fixing America’s Biggest Problem might look with very broad strokes. Much was left by the wayside; critical details, inescapable barriers, and the unavoidable mistakes & errors attendant to all human endeavor. But De-migration is not impossible. Everyone who is saying it is also believes that we can all get together and change the global temperature at a whim and in perpetuity. They also believe we can legislate our way to utopia. Either they should admit that nothing grand is possible, or that they just don’t want to give up on replacing us.

I am fairly confident I know which one it is.
